At every step in designing, manufacturing and marketing our products, we are driven to recognize the  different legal and cultural environments in which our suppliers operate, this Springs Code of Conduct lists the basic requirements all Springs suppliers must meet to do business with us. We seek business partners that share our commitment to environmental and safety excellence and continuous improvement.

Code of Conduct

              (i) obtaining an annual certification from a manufacturer that it has complied with Springs’ Code of Conduct;

              (ii) having Springs associates and agents periodically complete compliance check-lists when they make business trips to a manufacturer; and

(iii) having independent auditors periodically audit a manufacturer to determine if it is complying with Springs’ Code of Conduct.
